About Eating Flowers

Edible flowers have a wide variety of culinary uses and can elevate the appearance of many foods and drinks. Each flower has a unique flavour such as peppery nasturtiums, lemony tagetes, mild lettuce-like pansies and cucumbery borage. Edible flowers are rich in vitamins and nutrients which can have positive health benefits, so why not add flower power to your diet! Pop some petals in your salad, brew flower tea or use them to decorate any dish. While some flowers can be eaten whole, it is recommended to only eat the petals of others. It is very important to only eat flowers that are verified as edible and grown without the use of chemicals.
