Edible Potpourri | Dried Edible Flowers
Potpourri that smells as good as it looks and it's edible too! A mix of dried flowering currant, fuchsia, lavender and rose.
Beautiful as a cake topper, a cocktail garnish, or use it to make a delicious syrup. Combine edible potpourri with 1 cup of water and 2 cups of sugar, bring to a boil and then reduce heat and simmer. Remove from the heat and allow to cool and steep for at least 1 hour or longer, until the flavour is to your liking. Strain out the flowers. Pour the syrup into a bottle and keep in the refrigerator. Mix the syrup into your favorite drinks and enjoy!
Our edible flowers are chef grown and our process is vegan and organic; we use only plant-based feed and our flowers are never sprayed with pesticides or herbicides.
Edible potpourri is sold in metal tins that are food safe, BPA free, vegan, reusable and recyclable.
Each tin contains 10 grams of flowering currant, fuchsia, lavender and rose and will maintain its scent and colour for months if stored without light or moisture.

About Eating Flowers
Edible flowers have a wide variety of culinary uses and can elevate the appearance of many foods and drinks. Each flower has a unique flavour such as peppery nasturtiums, lemony tagetes, mild lettuce-like pansies and cucumbery borage. Edible flowers are rich in vitamins and nutrients which can have positive health benefits, so why not add flower power to your diet! Pop some petals in your salad, brew flower tea or use them to decorate any dish. While some flowers can be eaten whole, it is recommended to only eat the petals of others. It is very important to only eat flowers that are verified as edible and grown without the use of chemicals.
